Chit Chats Collect (Canada)

ChitChats Collect provides a low-cost, fully tracked service option that expidites shipments across Canada. Customers can pick up their package at their nearest ChitChats branch.

Shipping within Ontario will take approximately 1-3 days or 3-8 days outside of Ontario, within Canada.

Shipments sent with Chit Chats Collect will be available for pickup at a ChitChats branch for 7 business days. If the pickup date has not been extended, after the seventh business day, ChitChats will begin processing it for a return to the sender.

It is the customer's responsibility to pick up the package. Refunds will not be issued for returned packages In the case your order was processed for return, please feel free to contact me.

Do you accept refunds/returns?
Unfortunately, I cannot accept refunds or returns on orders already sent out.
Every order is packaged with care to avoid bends. However, I am not responsible for any damage done during delivery.

The jewelry is prone to eventual tarnishing. It is not suitable for overnight wear, and I cannot guarantee that the jewelry is waterproof. It is recommended to wipe off any moisture and oil before storage to prolong the life of your jewelry.
